Full Moon Integration is a 90-minute therapist-led wellbeing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and create space for what has been building emotionally.

In October, the natural rhythm around us is changing. The days are darker, our energy and capacity can feel different, and things we were able to push through earlier in the year may become harder to ignore.

Many of us become very good at functioning through stress. We can understand our patterns intellectually while continuing to override what our body communicates through tension, tiredness, irritability, emotional sensitivity, restlessness or the feeling that our capacity has been stretched for too long.
