Reiki Therapy Session | Amsterdam Online

Service Description

Explore Reiki Therapy Session with Integrative Therapist. While a standard Reiki healing focuses primarily on energetic balancing, this session is designed as a deeper, integrative process, supporting emotional regulation, insight, and embodied healing within a trauma-informed container. The session is facilitated by Reiki Master & Teacher and a Master’s degree in Psychology, allowing Reiki to be applied with professional sensitivity, ethical awareness, and respect for the nervous system. This work is slow, intentional, and grounded. Nothing is forced. Nothing is bypassed. What makes Reiki Therapy different from a standard Reiki healing: - Extended time (90 minutes) for regulation and integration - Trauma-informed pacing without energetic overwhelm - Therapeutic holding informed by psychological university education - Space for discussion before and after the Reiki work - Energy healing integrated with emotional awareness Reiki is not used to “fix” or override emotional processes, but to support safety, grounding, and gentle release. This session is suited for clients who: - Feel emotionally overloaded, shut down, or tense - Have a history of trauma, burnout, or long-term stress - Struggle to relax or feel safe in their body - Want energy healing that respects psychological boundaries - Prefer depth and containment over intensity - Look for an in-depth therapy instead of just a regular therapy This session is especially appropriate if standard Reiki feels too brief or if you need time to arrive, settle, and integrate. What’s included: - 90-minute private session - Gentle intake and grounding - Therapeutic dialogue (before and after Reiki) - Reiki healing adapted to your nervous system - Closing integration and regulation support Sessions are available online or in person in Amsterdam and can fit around a demanding schedule. Please note: Deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable.
